1. Cleanse and dry your face, then apply toner to prepare your skin.
2. Remove protective films from the mask then apply the top part first, followed by the bottom part.
3. Leave the mask on for 30 minutes, then remove it.
4. Gently pat any remaining essence into your skin with your fingertips until fully absorbed.
