Initiating a Return

Contact the customer service team email at suoui.info@gmail.com with your order number and return details.

General Return Conditions

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return the product within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please ensure the product is unused and in its original packaging.

Please note any open items, single-use items, items purchased using a discount code during sales (including free shipping, gift with purchase, pop-up, etc.) are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return/refund.

Tracking Returns

In the first instance we'd advise checking your return tracking, (if the courier you chose to return your items with provided one) and look out for an update that states it's been 'Returned', 'Delivered', 'Returned To Warehouse' or similar.This means the item(s) is back at the warehouse and will be checked and scanned by our team within 30 days. Sit tight, and we'll be in touch via email once the return has been processed to confirm your refund.

Refunds

We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Upon approval, your refund may take up to 5 days to appear in your account, once released by your bank.

We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order;for purchases where a gift card is used to cover the full or part of the order total, the refund will be applied to the gift card first. 

Total processing time: Up to 20 days to be processed from the date we receive your order back to our warehouse. Please allow an additional 5 days for your refund to appear in your account once processed.

Lost or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact with your bank; there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at suoui.info@gmail.com and send your item to the address provided.
